Refund Policy – Bookingbox Ltd

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from Bookingbox Ltd (“Bookingbox”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to:

  • Commercial support services

  • Advisory and consulting services

  • Prepaid service packages

  • Retainer-based services

  • Services involving third-party providers or subcontractors

By purchasing any service, the client agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Services

All Bookingbox services are service-based and resource-driven, involving the allocation of internal and/or external resources, including third-party providers.

The client acknowledges that:

  • Services require upfront commitment of time and resources

  • Costs may be incurred immediately upon activation

  • Services are not comparable to refundable physical or digital goods

3. Definition of Service Activation

For the purpose of this policy, service activation occurs when any of the following takes place:

  • Allocation of internal Bookingbox resources

  • Engagement or reservation of third-party providers or subcontractors

  • Initiation of project planning, outreach, or delivery activities

  • Any action taken in preparation for or delivery of the agreed services

Service activation may occur immediately after payment.

4. No Refund After Activation

Once service activation has occurred:

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable

  • This applies regardless of usage, outcomes, or client circumstances

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or services

5. Third-Party and Subcontracted Services

Where Bookingbox engages third-party providers (including but not limited to external partners, subcontractors, or service platforms):

  • All associated costs are non-refundable

  • The client acknowledges that such costs are committed by Bookingbox on the client’s behalf

  • Refund requests will not be accepted once third-party engagement has occurred

6. No Refund for Performance or Outcomes

Refunds will not be granted based on:

  • Lack of leads, opportunities, or results

  • Commercial performance or market response

  • Client dissatisfaction with outcomes

  • Changes in business strategy or priorities

Bookingbox does not guarantee specific commercial results.

7. Pre-Activation Refunds

A refund may only be considered if:

  • A written request is submitted before service activation, and

  • Bookingbox confirms that no resources or third-party commitments have been made

In such cases Bookingbox reserves the right to deduct administrative, processing, or incurred costs

8. Prepaid Hours, Packages, and Retainers
  • All prepaid hours, packages, and retainers are non-refundable once activated

  • Unused time is not refundable under any circumstances

  • Time validity periods may apply

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Bookingbox.

In the event of an unjustified chargeback:

  • Bookingbox reserves the right to suspend all services immediately

  • The client remains liable for all outstanding amounts

  • Legal recovery action may be pursued

10. Exceptional Discretion

Bookingbox may, at its sole discretion:

  • Offer service credits instead of refunds

  • Propose alternative service delivery

Such actions do not constitute an obligation or precedent.

11. No Waiver

Failure by Bookingbox to enforce any provision of this policy shall not constitute a waiver of rights.

12. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
