Bookingbox provides a UK-based Dutch–English commercial contact for this work. Led by a Belgian native Dutch speaker established in the UK, the service helps companies maintain contact with customers and prospects on both sides of the Channel.
How we can help
We agree the priorities with you and focus the available time where it will be most useful. This may include:
Responding to selected customer and prospect enquiries
Qualifying incoming leads and arranging next steps
Following up after meetings, quotations or introductions
Maintaining contact with existing UK or Dutch-speaking accounts
Updating your CRM and reporting on conversations and opportunities
The service is suitable for a company that has enquiries or relationships to manage but does not yet need a full-time employee or a large outsourced team.
A focused monthly starting point
The Dutch–UK Commercial Support retainer is £1,000 per month, plus VAT where applicable, invoiced in advance. It reserves up to 16 hours of agreed support each month.
We track time spent on calls, follow-up, administration and reporting. If a conversation runs beyond the remaining monthly hours, there is room to complete it and record the necessary follow-up: up to two additional hours may be used without separate advance approval. Additional time is charged at £62.50 per hour, plus VAT where applicable, and included on the next invoice. We agree any larger increase in work with you first.
The work and priorities are defined together at the start. If you need a wider sales campaign or more regular coverage, we can discuss a separate scope.
